The Newcomb Art Gallery and its programs are free and open to the public. The Gallery is fully wheelchair accessible.

Museum Hours
Tuesday through Sunday, 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The Newcomb Art Gallery is closed between exhibitions, on major holidays, and during the summer. The Gallery follows the University schedule. Please call (504) 865-5328 or check the online calendar for specific dates and closings.

Gallery Programs
The Newcomb Art Gallery offers a broad range of public programming, including guided tours, lectures, family programs, and teacher resources. Almost all of these programs are free and open to the public. For more information, please consult Events and Programs or the online calendar.

Directions
The Newcomb Art Gallery is located in the Woldenberg Art Center on the Tulane University campus. See map.

From I-10 Baton Rouge:
Exit Carrollton, turn right onto Carrollton. Turn left on Claiborne (you will have to make a U-turn after crossing Claiborne, and then make a right onto Claiborne). Turn right on Broadway. Turn left on Willow. Take the second right on Newcomb Place. Drive into campus. Turn right at first stop sign. The Gallery is on the right in the Woldenberg Art Center.

From the Central Business District via Claiborne:
Head north on Claiborne. Turn left on Audubon Drive. After crossing Willow, Audubon becomes Newcomb Place. Drive into campus. Turn right at first stop sign. The Gallery is on the right in the Woldenberg Art Center.

From Central Business District via St. Charles Avenue:
Head north on St. Charles. Turn right on Broadway. Turn right on Willow. Take the second right on Newcomb Place. Drive into campus. Turn right at the first stop sign. The Gallery is on the right in the Woldenberg Art Center.

Parking
A Tulane University parking permit is required to park on University grounds Monday - Friday.

Weekday
Metered parking is available directly in front of the Newcomb Art Gallery and throughout campus, or parking passes can be purchased at the front desk of the Gallery and placed in your car window. Alternatively, street parking is available on neighboring streets, Broadway and Audubon being the closest.

Weekend
Parking is available throughout the Tulane University campus on weekends free-of-charge, no parking permit is needed.

Gallery Map
The Newcomb Art Gallery is comprised of three 600 square-foot exhibition galleries and one 1,800 square-foot gallery. The Angela Gregory Gallery, located within the Newcomb Art Gallery, frequently exhibits the University's extensive collection of Newcomb Pottery and related wares.

Photography is not allowed in the Newcomb Art Gallery.
