Damaged Mimesis

This installation features four large-scale ceramic sculptures that challenge the myth of the power and permanence of machinery, and re-examine the relationship between man and machine. Although his "machines" are fictitious creations, his careful imitation of decomposing metal makes the illusion work on many levels.
